Mission Statement
My mission is to inspire, motivate and develop
people. I want them to have a life and a career that is successful
beyond their wildest dreams. I will succeed in my mission
by helping them to break the shackles that are holding them
back from living up to their full potential..
This will be achieved by combining my forty
years of knowledge, experience, successes and adversity from
my own life. In short they will experience the Success Programmes.
Vision
I have a vision of thousands of people who experienced
the Success Programmes. They all have High Self Confidence,
Self-Motivation and have gained expert skills and knowledge.
With these Success Principles, they have coached and developed
these key skills with others and, in doing so, have made their
lives and world an exciting and loving place to be.

John Haynes
Biography
John has an extensive background spanning over
40 years in business and people development.
He started his career in 1960, as an apprentice
cabinetmaker but he quickly learnt that this was not his strength
and his life was going nowhere. So, through the help of personal
development he started to gain the skills and knowledge that
he enjoyed and excelled at. These new skills of team building,
communication and psychology proved to be the right change
of strategy He started to move through the ranks to become
personnel director of that same company where he started of
as an apprentice.
In 1982 he then began a new career in sales
and marketing. He adapted the same success habits that he
learnt in his previous career. Then with the help and guidance
of his own personal mentor and life coach, and to everyone's
great surprise, he become one of the leading consultants and
business strategist for two of the country's leading institutions.
In 1986 he joined one of the worlds largest
financial companies as junior manager. John soon realised
that despite all the knowledge he had gained so far it would
not take him any further in his career. So from suddenly being
out of his comfort zone, but with a thirst for new knowledge
and skills and with the same success habits of mentoring and
coaching, he developed the skills of Leadership, Time Management,
Profitable Business Strategies, Stress in the workplace, Accelerated
Learning and Excellent Management. With these new success
skills he went on to his greatest ever achievement., He was
appointed Regional Director with responsibility for over 1,500
people. He then started to coach and mentor them in his Success
Programmes - they in turn went on to achieve great success.
In 1998 John formed his own company called the
Success Programmes. This proved to be the right strategy again
and John is now in great demand to coach and mentor Corporations,
Businesses and individuals alike. They all want to learn and
share in the success principles of life and business. This
already has guaranteed them enriched lives and profitable
businesses.
